Pick up from our farm stand located at 1414 Walker Rd. Maryville, TN 37801, or choose delivery for an additional fee.

What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It allows you to receive fresh flowers regularly from July to October, while supporting the farm in the off-season. You may see us use ‘CSA’ and “bouquet subscription’ interchangeably.

What types of flowers do you offer?

We offer a variety of fresh, seasonal flowers that are grown locally. This includes sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, strawflower and more. They never treated with harsh chemicals. Our selection includes mixed bouquets and single flower bunches, perfect for any occasion.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website for pre-orders or visit our roadside farm stand during business hours. We also offer a CSA subscription for regular pick up or deliveries of fresh flowers to your home.

I missed my pick up window, now what?

If you cannot pick up your bouquet, we can hold it for up to 24 hours as long as you contact us to schedule pick up. If the bouquet is not picked up at that time, it will be donated to a local senior center. We suggest having a friend pick up or even gifting the bouquet if you know you will be out of town.

Is it possible to change my CSA pick up date?

At this time, we cannot accommodate changes to the CSA schedule. To avoid missing your pick up window, please arrange for someone to pick up your flowers at our farm stand on pick up day.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

Once purchased, all subscription sales are final. Due to the nature of our small business, we depend on the funds from CSA subscriptions to fund the work that goes on in the off=-season. If you are unable to receive a week’s bouquet, we suggest gifting it to a friend, or finding someone that is able to pick up on your behalf.

Can I customize my bouquet?

At this time, we can offer a limited selection of color choices, as well as a choice of focal flowers. We encourage you to select your favorite flowers from our available options. Just let us know your preferences when placing your order, and we will create a beautiful arrangement tailored to you.

How does the billing process work?

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Upon purchase, you should receive a receipt for your subscription. If you need help, contact us at hello@bramblehouseflowers.com

Do you provide local delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery services in Blount County for an additional fee for our flower subscriptions. All preorders can be picked up from the farm stand at the arranged time.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your bouquet, please contact us, and we will do our best to work with you to remedy the situation.
